Delete your profile

You can delete your Runbound server profile from the app. This removes profile records, leaderboard attempts and social records owned by that profile.

Fastest option: delete in the app

  1. Open Runbound.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Recovery & delete profile.
  4. Choose Delete profile and confirm.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion-help request to our support team. Include your unique Runbound name and a contact email in the message. Do not send a recovery code, membership token or password. We may ask you to verify control of the profile before deleting it.

What remains after deletion

Deleting a profile removes its primary server records. Local app data is removed by uninstalling or clearing app storage. Independent usage records are not linked to a profile and expire automatically after 90 days. Limited provider backup or security-log copies may remain temporarily under their recovery schedules.
