Include with a bug report

App version, Android version, and device model.
Match mode, player count, chase target, and what happened.
A screenshot only if it does not reveal another player's private hand.

Never send passwords, membership tokens, authentication secrets, or another player's private cards.

Online match help

Confirm both phones have internet access and the latest app version. Create a new private room if an old code has expired. Online rooms are removed automatically after approximately six hours.

Nearby match help

Put every phone on the same Wi-Fi network or one phone hotspot. If a router isolates wireless devices, use a hotspot. Compare the authentication fingerprint shown on both phones before accepting the nearby connection.

Privacy requests

For early deletion of an active online room, email the room code and approximate creation time. Do not send the membership token.
